Import Sourcing & Shipping Services
Clients who engage us for product sourcing, freight, and shipping services from China to India are required to pay an advance payment before initiating the sourcing or order process.
The remaining balance payment must be completed after order confirmation and before shipment.
Goods will be shipped only after full and clear payment is received.
Any delay in payment may result in shipment delays or order suspension.
Payment Responsibility
All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
Desi Import (Import With Kunal) is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or delayed payments from the client.
Service Limitation
We act as a facilitator for sourcing and logistics services and do not guarantee third-party supplier performance beyond agreed terms.
Import regulations, customs duties, taxes, and compliance are subject to Indian laws and are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
